I believe we're all meant to be happy.

How many times have you said - I need a better diet, I want to lose weight, I wish I could find the time to exercise, I hate to cook, I don't know what to cook, I'm soooooo stressed, I wish I had a significant other....about 1,000 times or more I'd guess. I'm with you, what so many people don't realize is that dissatisfaction or disruption in what we call primary foods (those things that nourish us off the plate): career, family, romantic relationships (or lack of), sleep (or lack of) bleed over into the choices we make with our secondary foods (what we actually eat and drink).  When our primary foods are out of whack our secondary food choices often suffer, leading to a vicious circle of stress and stress response.  I've been right there with you, and I want you to know there's a path to being happy and I'm here to walk you down that path.  Life is so incredibly precious - you deserve to feel healthy and joyful.

As a Integrative Nutrition Health Coach I'm here to support and empower YOUR individual wellness journey. That's right - your journey - I believe in bio-individuality, every person is biologically different, so what works for one person won't necessarily work for another.  Together we'll look  at your health holistically, and work towards a greater quality of life. You aren't going to become happier and healthier via pharmaceuticals and medical intervention, it's through determining what your goals are and taking the steps of long term behavior change. We'll work together to develop your personalized program to achieve health and happiness.
